PRICES

All prices include accommodation and breakfast, and VAT. Local tourist taxes are excluded. All amounts paid by credit card will be charged in dirhams, the local currency of the country.

CREDIT CARD GUARANTEE

Your credit card details are taken only as a guarantee of your reservation, except in the case of a "non-refundable rate" or a no-show without canceling. No charges will be made without contacting you first. Payment will be made at the hotel.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Cash: euros, dirhams.

* Extras: excursions, transfers, dinners, meals, drinks, and taxes must be paid in cash *

Credit card: Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Diners Club, JCB, Maestro, Discover.

* Please note that if you wish to pay by credit card, Moroccan banks sometimes double the amount, and the steps to reimburse incorrectly charged amounts may take time; that's why we recommend paying in cash *

OFFERS

Only one offer can be used at a time. Offers are not applicable during the high season.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• If you cancel or modify the reservation up to 15 days before the arrival date, the establishment will not charge any fees.
• If you cancel or modify the reservation between 14 days before the arrival date, the establishment will charge 100% of the first night.
• If you cancel or modify the reservation up to 9 days before the arrival date, the establishment will charge 50% of the total stay.
• If you cancel or modify the reservation after the deadline or do not show up, the establishment will charge the full stay.

Cancellation policy for Non-Refundable reservations:

Non-Refundable reservations do not allow modifications or cancellations once confirmed and have a 100% charge.
